Caesar's Palace. Beautiful rooms. We got an airline discount on our room and it included the biggest bathroom I've ever seen! The actual toilet itself was in a separate small room from the jacuzzi and shower.
You can get pretty great bargains on hotel rooms on priceline.com if you don't mind being a little risky and not knowing the exact hotel you will be getting but do a search by the number of stars and by naming your price.

if money is an issue Circus Circus is the best, cheap and right on the strip, plus you cant beat the low table min and $1.50 1/2lb hot dogs at Slots-A-Fun right next door! I stayed there when I went for my 21st bday and thats really the only place I'll stay, I think its a waste to spend a lot of money on a nice hotel room when you arent in it most the time you're there anyways
Palazzo, because the rooms are huge and beautiful, and the casino is spacious.

I love the Mirage super resort good value and great service
the Bellagio of course.
My 1st fav is Stardust... but no longer here. Now, I like the Tropicana!!
