Less than 1000. Not enough. Add some more fruits and veggies. Bananas, potatoes. More grapes. You will maintain your current weight if you eat your weight X 15. So if you weigh 150, to maintain, assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise, by eating 150 X15=2250 calories a day. There are 3500 calories in a pound. At your age you should be drinking 3 glasses of milk a day. It can be low-fat, non-fat, or 1%, or 2%. To go with your golden nuggets. Yummm! Sweetie, at this age you shouldn't be so concerned with what you're eating. When you're hungry, you eat! If you start gaining weight, then go on your diet. Read the packaging for calorie content for each item. You didn't give us enough info (serving size, what are "crisps", what are "golden nuggets" etc) to give you a number.
