Can I use another hotel's pool in Las Vegas?

I'll be staying at MGM Grand in a couple weeks, but I wanted to check out another hotel's pool area. We want to go hang out at the Golden Nugget with the shark tank as well as Hard Rock where there's swim up cards. Does anyone know if they allow this or if not, whats the best way to do it on the sly?Can I use another hotel's pool in Las Vegas?
Yes you can.

Golden Nugget - $10

Hard Rock - $20

Mirage - $ varies by day

Caesars Palace - Free, except $20 for DJ pool party on Sat

Rio - $10

Flamingo - $15

Palms - $20 ditch Friday pool party

Red Rock

Tropicana

You don't have to do it on the sly, just tell them you want to play. Nevada Gaming law requires them to let you in, generally free of charge, but, if they provide an extra amenity then can charge a fee

I've "heard" that if you have a room key (they're all cards now but we continue calling them keys) for the resort and look the part (like you've come from your room, not the tram or sidewalk) you can get into most. As long as you only have to show a card, you're golden.

The trick is having the current key cards. I'll bet one could find those on Ebay. Can I use another hotel's pool in Las Vegas?
The MGM has a pretty nice pool area in it's own right. Chances are you could try to get into other hotel pools and have no problem or you might have to show a room key pass to that particular hotel. Maybe you could talk or bribe your way in, you will be in Vegas.
It really depends how crowede the hotels pool is. Many of the nicer strip hotels are very strict between may-sept when the pools get crowded. They will have a check-point where that ask for your room key.

But it really depends, I have stayed at hotels where they dont seem to care at all....
You can always go to the front desk and ask someone who looks like a nice person if they can give you a key to take back home, you promised your niece you would" bring one back". But please dont do this while your towel is hanging on your shoulder : )
I live in Vegas and you need to show a room key to get into any pool area in the hotels.... you can try to slip them a few bucks on the sly, money talks in Vegas...
No one will notice! I do it all of the time, I'm a resident. lol!

The Hard Rock pool is the best! You should check out Mandalay Bay- they have a beach!

Have fun!
You need a room key to go the pool area of most casinos. Then again if you know how to smooth your way in go for it.
Dont wear your speedo through the casino on the way to the pool.
NO, you have to show their hotel room key.

If you want to see sharks, go to the Sharf Reef at Mandalay Bay.
Do it i did it 1ce!!!it was awesome!!cute shark!
only if you want to.
