Is Las Vegas for adults only?

I am 14 and my mom wants to take me and my little sister to Las Vegas because of their "amazing hotels and shows." I think it sounds fun because we are into stuff like that but I'm scared we will be the only "kids" there and it might be awkward. The two hotels we were looking at are called The Golden Nugget, and The Flamingo if anyone knows anything about them.Is Las Vegas for adults only?
There are lots of kids here though not like Disneyland. There are lots to do and you can find things to do on the following webpage. Golden Nugget is downtown and I don't recommend there a downtown has less for kids than the strip. Flamingo is right in the middle of the strip and would be a better choice.
The Golden Nugget is more of an adult hotel and there aren't as many things for kids to do downtown. The Flamingo has a large swimming pool and real pink flamingos. It is also in the best location in town - Mid-Strip. It is close to shopping, attractions, shows and plenty of things for kids to do. And by the way, you will see plenty of kids in Las Vegas. Is Las Vegas for adults only?
There are tons of kids in Vegas, and there are plenty of things for kids to do. It's not a place that is geared toward kids and families, but there are things there to do.

Of those hotels, I would suggest Flamingo. It's an older hotel, but nice and in a great location. The pool area is a good one. Golden Nugget is downtown, which attracts an older crowd and more locals. There aren't a lot of things for kids downtown.
Do what Vegas teenagers do visit the national parks that surround Las Vegas. Just to name a few: Red Rock, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire. Explore the park before you come by looking at VegasNature.com
