so. you go to blue Nile falls and find the Egyptian blue lilly. then you go back to Nabooti and talk to the woman in the red and orange clothes. she'll ask you if you want to trade the flower for a turban. say yes then go to Giza. put the turban and talk to the guy closest to the plane (not the pilot) he'll give you a shovel
