How many calories have i eaten today?

How many calories have i eaten today and how many grams of fat and how much protein?

is this a healthy diet

is it more than the average or below average calories for a 12 year old boy?



Breakfast:

Large bowl of golden nuggets/shreddies



Snack:

Cadbury's cameral chocolate bar



Lunch:

Foot long chicken tikka subway with all the salads



Snack:

large bowl of fruit



Dinner:

Pasta with chipsHow many calories have i eaten today?
Breakfast:

Large bowl of golden nuggets/shreddies - 250 CALORIES WITH S/S MILK, 3G FAT - TOO SUGARY



Snack:

Cadbury's cameral chocolate bar - 200 CALORIES, 15G FAT - SHOULD ONLY BE AN OCCASIONAL TREAT



Lunch:

Foot long chicken tikka subway with all the salads, 500 CALORIES, 15G FAT - GOOD OPTION BUT TOO BIG ON PORTION



Snack:

large bowl of fruit - 200 CALORIES, 5G FAT - GOOD DIET



Dinner:

Pasta with chips - 700 CALORIES, 12G FAT - UNHEALTHY, TOO MANY REFINED CARBS AND FAT



THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES...How many calories have i eaten today?
Way to many. Cut out chips and chocolate and grab some yogurt.
