The A. C. Hilton is located at Boston %26amp; Pacific Aves. and was built by Steve Wynn as Golden Nugget opening in Dec. 1980 but when was the sale completed to Bally Grand and then when was the sale completed to HiltonWhen did Golden Nugget in A.C. become Bally Grand and after that A. C. Hilton?
AC Golden Nugget sold to Bally's in 1986/1987.



Hilton bought Bally's in 1996, then spun them off to Park Place/Caesars Entertainment until it was sold to Colony Capital (current owner of Resorts) in compliance with the Harrah's merger last year.
