Golden Nugget is considered the nicest of all of the downtown Las Vegas hotels. The bathrooms there do have actual toilets and not just urinals and the toilets flush fine. I lived in Las Vegas for four years and if I had to take a giant crap, the Nugget is probably one of the first places I'd head.
Parents are prohibited from allowing children to play in the casino area. If you have to take a crap, tell them. They'll change your diaper.
