Golden Nugget Fitness Center?

I am staying at the Golden Nugget in a day or so and I was wondering about their fitness center. The website shows a 20 dollar a day fee to use the facility but I was wondering if that was just to people that were not staying at the hotel or for anyone?

I'd love to work off the buffets while staying there but not for 20 bucks a day.

Anyone familiar with that?

You do have to be a guest of the hotel to use the fitness area, but believe me you get a lot more for your 20 bucks than just an exercise room. They have all sorts of free health drinks like mineral water and tea and juice, free fruit and snacks, fresh towels and robes, and all sorts of beauty supplies stocked in both mens and womens areas (shaving creams, shampoos, soaps, razors, lotions, combs, and such) that are free for you to use once you pay the fee. There's a comfortable lounge in the area with a wide selection of magazines and newspapers, a steam room and spa, and showers that shoot 8 jets of water at you from all sides.



It's actually very worth it to use it! And if you purchase an extra service like a massage or facial, they don't stack the $20 "use fee" on top of it...their costs for their spa services has the day use fee already included.Golden Nugget Fitness Center?
The fitness center is extra but if you Gamble enough they will comp you just about anything you want including your Buffets. i don't know what games you play but descent comps start at 25.00 bets per hand a round for table games or 10 hours at the dollar slots a day no slacking. personally i have had comps add up to totally free weekends including the Room without loosing any money at the tables but always remember Only take what you can afford to lose. and have a great trip and be sure to walk the Strip and see all the sights and GOOD LUCK
