There's no free bus or shuttle, but the Deuce is a cheap way to get from the downtown hotels to the strip. It's not the fastest way, but it's probably the cheapest you'll find.
The Ace or Deuce buses. They are $3 each way or $7 for a 24-hour pass. And definitely DO NOT walk to/from the Nugget to the Strip.
