Why do I keep having creepy visions that come true? Can I see the future?

Sometimes they happen and sometimes they warn me about something. I have strange powers like mind detecting, feeling intense emotion in somone, etc.



Here's what my vision was:



A gray haired lady in the outside of the sea dragon at elitch gardens. She was wearing white tinted sunglasses and it was nighttime. No one was at the park BUT her. Also I had flashbacks of rollarcoasters. I think she was waiting for someone.



I wanna go there right now and look. My visions usually mean something. My neighbor is a little kid and she abuses animals (picks them up by their paws, muzzles, throws them, drops them, etc.) and she was at Disney world, and I had visions of scared people, and her car driving into her garage. The next day she was back at her house. Do my visions mean something? Please tell me!!!Why do I keep having creepy visions that come true? Can I see the future?

I would think so.

Only god would know...Or who ever is out there that is.
I don't think having visions is normal.
