Yes they have Hold'em there but the Golden Nugget is in old Vegas (Freemont Street). New Vegas (The Strip) is where all the shows are and all the best casinos are. MGM, NY NY, The Wynn, Venetian, The Palms all are in new Vagas. Old vegas is approx. a $20 cab ride to new Vegas.
Honestly you can fin poker anywhere but is every thing else that is the crucial to where you stay.Is the Golden Nugget Casino a nice hotel to stay in Vegas. Also do they have good poker games (TX. Holdem)?
It is Nice and the do have a wide range of Gaming the Strip is easily accessible by the Deuce double Decker bus
It's ok, downtown kinda sucksIs the Golden Nugget Casino a nice hotel to stay in Vegas. Also do they have good poker games (TX. Holdem)?
I'm also a poker player, I will be in vegas the first two weeks of June, The best poker games in Vegas are at Bellagio and Mirage ( both are on the strip)
Good luck!
personally, I wouldn't stay on fremont if you paid me. But the table games will be cheaper up there.
I know a lot of people that have stayed there and they say it's nice. They also have a great pool if you plan to go swimming at all. The only thing that sucks is the location because it is on Fremont street rather than on the main strip. The only place I know you can play Texas Hold em for sure is at Harrah's, but I would definitely NOT reccommend staying there. I think the MGM Grand also has Texas Hold em.
