Rollercoaster Fear D;?

Its everything about rollercoasters. I have never been on one and I'm 13 and feeling a little pathetic. I'm scared of the loops, the speed, I have sickness thinking about one, I'm scared of dying on one, everything pretty much. But... I need to overcome tomorrow. I am going to Elitch Gardens in Colorado with my SCHOOL, and I don't want to be a baby and say I don't want to go on a rollercoaster, but deep inside I do want to go on one also. But everytime I get near one I get all nervouse and shakey, stomach ache, and a lot more. I feel pathetic D; I have NEVER EVER EVER been on a roller coaster. Blehh p:

So you can you help me overcome this?Rollercoaster Fear D;?
Start out small and gradually move up. The only way to get rid of your fear is to get on one and decide if you like them or not. You don't have to like them, there is no rule! Elitch Gardens is really great though, no HUGE roller coasters there that I remember.
well when the rollercoaster is moving it seems like a death machine. This makes u more frighten,

but believe me when u get on it you are safe and ur going to have fun whilst motion. after u finish ur ride u ll feel like it was alright..

so dont worry

I had a similar problem at a similar age, but trust me on this one, loops are not as scary as they seem. The first step on coasters is to actually go on it, once you're taking off, you can't turn around, and to tell you the truth, there is no reason to. Your first coaster should be a fun experience, and 99.99% get off their first ride smiling and wanting to go on again. If you're terrified, think of the ride as only a matter of time, and know that you'll be safe and sound walking on the ground in less than 2 minutes. Good luck, brace yourself, and have fun!
It's honestly as scary as they look once you're inside one of the seats and locked in, trust me, as soon as that cart starts moving you shake a little but once it gets going some more the adrenaline kicks in and you really enjoy the experience. Roller coasters are a thrill, imagine what the first people to ever go on a roller coaster felt like.
Loads and loads of people are probs feeling the same think, the only way to know if you can hack them is to take a deep breathe and jump in that que. Most aren't half as bad as they look, trust me i know. Get into the que, line up and if you feel really, REALLY scare as you get closer to the ride then don't go, don't force yourself honey. But if you can hack it, try it and if you like it you like it and if you don't, at least you will know then forever wondering.
