You can be any age to 'enter' the park. It is probably some of the bigger rides she was talking about. And in that case it's usually not an 'age' restriction but one of 'height.'
I really don't think that there is a minimum age to get into any theme park.

I was there yesterday and there were kids everywhere. If you are old enough to post on Yahoo! Answers then you're probably old enough to go in anyway.
